What We Do
Formed in New York City in 1958, NACE has grown into a national organization with over 40 chapters across the country, all dedicated to advancing the catering and event industry. NACE Central Coast, established in 2024 and officially chartered in 2025, was founded on the vision of creating meaningful opportunities for hospitality professionals in our region through education, advocacy, and connection. We offer a variety of programs—from educational workshops and collaborative summits to our signature NACE To Meet You mixers—that bring professionals together to learn, share, and elevate their craft. Through these initiatives, we’re raising the bar for catering and events on the Central Coast, creating a vibrant, supportive community where every professional can thrive.
